Each can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, making them perfect for families on holiday together. The front garden faces the sea and is completely fenced for privacy. There is a private parking place in front of the garden next to the road, and Golden Beach is less than a one-minute walk away. An outdoor shower with hot/cold water is available for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and there is garden furniture on the veranda where you can relax and embrace the peace and quiet.

The first floor consists of a living room with two sofa beds that can sleep four people, a WC, and a fully equipped kitchen with two dining tables that can seat eight people. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms, both with double beds, accommodating four people in total. Each bedroom has a balcony with a view of either the sea or the mountains. Both maisonettes also have their own garden, barbecue, outdoor kitchen, and shed with a washing machine.
